Settings
1). Click on the three horizontal bars in the top right of the interface

2). Select Settings.

3). Use the Settings configuration subtitles to update specific information. This can also be configured on a different device using the settings URL in your login credentials email.

4). Update your opponent Terminology. Double-click a cell to activate it and change values. Click on the bottom cell to add rows. Click on the ‘Trash Can’ icon to delete a row.

5). You can update your Down and Distance categories to reflect what you use for your video platform and/or call sheet. Make sure there are no overlapping values for D&D.

6). Update your Field Zone categories to match what you use for your video platform and/or call sheet. Again, make sure there are no overlapping values. Use a (-) before yard line going out, and just a number going in. (i.e. -20 to -40 is Green Zone, 25 to 15 is high redzone).

7). Add your skill players here. We recommend using jersey numbers if you plan on using the MaxPreps Import Feature.

8). For Offense: Update your Call Sheet.
1. Clear the Call Sheet first to erase any default data.
2. Use the blue check marks to use or remove columns. If a column is unchecked, it will not appear within the Play Entry interface.
3. You can click on individual column headers, then drag and drop them to reorder your workflow as needed.
4. Make sure all of your Formations are mapped to the correct Personnel. Duplicate anything you need for your call sheet; it will correctly overlap in the Play Entry interface. When you select a given Personnel within the Play Entry interface, our system will automatically filter to display only the Formations which have that Personnel associated/mapped to it.
5. Utilize the "Tempo Call" Column to configure any 1-word, tempo, or Wristband calls (map the full play call horizontally in the same row from the play call column). When you select a “Tempo Call” within the Play Entry interface, all associated data will be automatically selected. You can easily tap and change any associated data within the Play Entry interface if you ever run a different variation of the “Tempo Call”.
6. Enter the remainder of any non-tempo play calls from your play call sheet. These personnel, formations, motions, protections, concepts, and/or tags will then be made available for manual selection within the Play Entry interface.
7. Press Enter/Return in the last row to add a new row of data.

9). For Defense: Update your Call Sheet.
1. Clear the Call Sheet first to erase any default data.
2. Use the blue check marks to use or remove columns. If a column is unchecked, it will not appear within the Play Entry interface.
3. Drag and drop column headers to reorder workflow.
4. You can use the "Pers" column to configure any personnel/formation defensive checks (must map the play call check horizontally in the same row from the Pers column).
5. Press Enter/Return in the last row to add a new row of data.

10). For Offense: Map any audibles you have (up to 7) to the corresponding numbers, which will be displayed on the Play Entry interface

11). IMPORTANT: When you’re finished updating your settings, select "Save Changes” (on any of the Settings Tabs). This will return you to the Play Entry interface, where you should now see all of your updated information
