Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building dynamic, high-performance web applications using React. You will collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers to create innovative user interfaces that provide the best experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React and related technologies.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to implement new features and functionalities.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a focus on React applications.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and React.

• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

• Familiarity with modern frontend development tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to consume them in a frontend application.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js).

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
